| 摘 要： | 团队快速信任是指基于集体感知和集体关联的,能够控制临时团队中的不确定性、风险、脆弱性和预期问题的一种特殊信任.揭示集体球类项目国家集训队中团队快速信任的特征及形成,在相关研究的基础上分析指出:国家集训队团队快速信任的形成及存在与其作为临时团队的特征密切相关,是集训队取得训练和比赛成功的重要因素;团队快速信任的独特性表现在基于球队成员角色的特征、行动的重要性以及向普通信任转换的容易性.通过确定国家队目标、教练员作用、队员角色期待、组织保障性、沟通有效性5个主要影响前因构建国家集训队团队快速信任的整合模型.

| Abstract: | Team swift trust is a special trust which is based on the collective perception and conjunction.It can control the uncertainty,risk,vulnerability and the expected problems in a temporal team.In order to display the characters and the formation of the swift trust of the national collective ball events project team,based on the former studies,this paper pointed that the formation and existing of the swift trust were closely related to the characteristics of the project ball team that belongs to a temporary team,swift trust is a significant factors for the training and competitions;the uniqueness characters of the team swift trust include the characteristics of the team members,the importance of action,easy conversion to the general trust.This paper constructed the integration model of swift trust through identifying the team goals,the role of coaches,the role anticipation of team members,the organization support and effective communication. |
