| 摘 要： | 直接、言词原则作为刑事审判程序中的基本原则，是裁判者和程序参与各方在刑事审判中必须遵循的基本准则。它体现了审判的公正性和诉讼的民主性。直接言语原则和贯彻要求我国立法对有关制度进行相应的改革和完善。
