| 摘 要： | 加强现代远程开放教育的教学管理是提高教学质量的基础，优化现代远程开放教育的教学传播是提高教学质量的关键，完善现代远程开放教育的学习支持服务是提高教学质量的保障；在现代远程开放教育中，充分发挥网上现代远程开放教育的教学系统功能，对发挥信息技术在现代远程开放教育中的教学优势、优化教学资源与教学过程、提高现代远程开放教育的教学质量起到的重要作用。
