高氯废水中COD测定方法探讨

摘    要:由于C1^-的干扰,高氯废水中COD测定误差较大,尤其对于高氯低COD的水样,其干扰更为严重,因此COD测定过程中需要对水样中的C1^-进行处理.以重铬酸钾法测定COD,消除C1^-的干扰,一般是采用添加HgSO4的方法.该方法操作简便,但汞盐易对环境造成二次污染.文章采用标准曲线校正法不加HgSO4,能较准确地测定高氯废水中的COD.

Abstract:The COD measurement error is often large in high chlorine waste water because C1^- disturbs in the measurement especially in the case of low-COD water sample. Therefore,it is necessary to have C1^- in the water sample treated during the measurement of COD. Secondary to determine COD by the dichromate method and eliminate C1^- disturbance is generally uses increases HgSO4 the method. This method is simple, but mercury easily causes secondary pollution to the environment. Standard curve method without HgSO4 can measure accurately COD in high chlorine waste water.
