| 摘 要： | CBE是指以能力为本位的教育理论,也是在国际上被广泛应用和流行的一种新的教育模式,倍受社会和企业的欢迎.本文认为,CBE模式十分符合EMBA教育特点,在我国EMBA教育中,借鉴CBE模式,更加有利于提高企业管理者的职业能力.
