| 摘 要： | 借鉴现代企业组织结构理论研究成果，运用制度经济学观点，从管理体制、运行机制以及制度安排三个方面对高校图书馆总、分馆的管理模式进行研究，阐明适合图书馆总、分馆协调发展和高效运作的矩阵式组织结构，指出矩阵式组织结构的特点以及在总、分馆管理过程中的实施过程。对总、分馆管理模式的制度机理进行分析，提出适应图书馆可持续发展的“在总馆的统一领导和规划下，以大学科群为主建立学科分馆”的总、分馆模式。

| Abstract: | According to the theory of modern corporation production and quoting Institutional Economics views to research on the management mode about main and branch libraries in universities from three aspects: administrative system, operational mechanism and institutional arrangement. It clarifies the characteristics and operation of the matrix organizations and analyses the institutional mechanism and points out the sustainable developmental management mode, namely it will built branch libraries based on big subject assembly oriented under the guidance and plan of the main library. |
