| 摘 要： | 近年来我国新闻事业蓬勃发展，但传媒从业人员的法律素质总体仍然不高，与事业发展存在较大差距，而当前对传媒人才进行法律教育的途径较少、力度偏弱，难以满足新闻事业发展对传媒人才法律素质迅速提高的需求。在此背景下，拓展传媒人才的培养思路，利用法学教育为大范围培养传媒人才服务，是一个可取的途径，也具有较强的可操作性。

| Abstract: | In recent years,vigorous development of China＇s journalism,but the overall quality of the media law practitioners remains low, and future development there is a wide gap between the media personnel and the current legal education means less weak in difficult needs of the information career development of media personnel rapidly rising demand for legal quality. In this context, expanding the cultivation media, thinking, use of legal education, training media professionals to a wide range of services is a desirable way, also has strong operational. |
