| 摘 要： | 长株潭高等教育资源整合后在资金集聚、规模经济,学科融合、优势互补等方面取得了很大的成效,但也存在着一系列的问题,为了解决这些问题并进一步的推动长株潭高等教育的整合,提出了融合办学理念;建立高效的组织结构,优化配置人力资源,实现学科的交叉渗透与融合;以＂共赢思维＂鼓励高校间无障碍柔性流动,校际合作,跨区域办学;加强政府部门与高校的互动,规划、组织和协调高等教育资源的整合等一系列的建议。

| Abstract: | The capital gathering,scale economy,discipline integration and advantage complementary have been made great achievements after resource integration of the higher education of Chang-zhu-tan,but there are a series of problems.To solve these problems and further promote the integration of the higher education of Chang-zhu-tan,the ideas have been addressed,such as running a school by integration,establishing the effective integration of organizational structure,and optimizing the allocation of human resources,realizing the subject and fusion across;encouraging barrier-free flexible flow between universities,with ＂Win-win＂,running across the region,strengthening interaction of the government departments and university,planning,organizing and coordinating of higher education resources integration. |
