| 摘 要： | 保险赔偿中，免赔率的适用直接影响到投保人、被保险人和受益人的权益，《非营业用汽车损失保险条款》第八条应当增加关于第三方没有赔偿能力的规定，并明确其免赔率，以便更好地维护当事人的合法权益。

The eighth of Non-opening Car Loss Insurance Article should increase the provision of the third party without compensation ability, and make clear the franchise in order to better safeguard the legal rights and interests of interested parties. |
