| 摘 要： | 在对创新与创新人才进行界定的基础上,分析了制约我国高校创新人才培养的影响因素,并提出了鼓励创新高校改革的对策。认为,创新型人才的培养必须转变办学观念、改革高校管理体制与制度、改革教学体系,完善办学条件。
