Abstract:Through the investigation, and further came to realize that the Minority Education teaching environment, complete con- trol of the normal students from my school to teach the ideal, professional skills, from teaching experience, discussed the post teaching practice to support education should play the role in the promotion of balanced development of education, and National Higher educa- tion in minority areas to adapt to the new situation of education development.
