| 摘 要： | 网络社会的崛起,需要网络伦理学的快速成长。构建中国特色的社会主义网络伦理学,首先必须考虑“网情”和中国的现实国情,正确把握其研究基础。笔者着重从技术层面、文化层面、政治层面和理论层面,探讨了中国社会主义网络伦理学研究的技术基础、文化基础、政治基础和理论基础。

| Abstract: | With the network society rising,it needs the network ethics to grow up fast.Setting up the Chinese characteristic socialism network ethics must consider the " network circumstance" and the Chinese realistic circumstance first,and master one's research foundation.From the technical level,culture level,political level and theories level,this text emphasizes the Chinese socialism network ethics research foundation of technique,culture,political and theories. |
