| 摘 要： | 国家社科基金于2010年设立的“中华学术外译项目”，旨在促进中外学术交流，推动我国哲学社会科学优秀成果和优秀人才走向世界。该项目主要资助我国哲学社会科学研究的优秀成果以外文形式在国外权威出版机构出版，进入国外主流发行传播渠道，以增进国外对当代中国和中国哲学社会科学以及中国传统文化的了解，推动中外学术交流与对话，提高中国哲学社会科学的国际影响力。这一项目实施三年来，为中国学术的海外传播做出了巨大贡献。本文从分析中国学术外译目前存在的问题人手，对“中华学术外译项目”提出了几点具体的建议，并希望借此将这一项目打造成为一个中华学术外译的系统性工程。

| Abstract: | The Translation Project of the Chinese Humanities and Social Sciences Academic Boutique, a project set up in 2010 by the National Social Science Fund of China, is aimed at promoting academic exchanges between China and other countries as well as introducing the best academic a- chievements and the contributing authors to the world. It supports the publication in foreign langua- ges of the excellent research achievements in the field of philosophy and social science, choosing the leading book publishers abroad to enable these books to enter international publishing and distribution channels in order to help the world have a better understanding of the present China and its traditional culture. In so doing, such academic exchanges and dialogues mentioned above will be enhanced and the world prestige of Chinese philosophy and social science will be gradually achieved. As is expected, this project has contributed a lot to the popularization of Chinese academic achievements abroad within 3 years of its implementation. However, this paper focuses on some problems in the project and pro- poses a few workable solutions after the detailed analysis, in the hope of building this project into a systematic mechanism for translating Chinese academic achievements to the world. |
