| 摘 要： | 高等学校的职工是知识的传播者,更是学生思想的引导者,行为的示范者。他们肩负着教书育人的历史责任。针对高校职工的思想政治工作,坚持以人为本是出发点和目的,把握高校职工思想政治工作原则是前提,强化高校职工思想政治工作队伍建设是基础,探索高校职工思想政治工作方法是保障。

| Abstract: | Staffs in institutions of higher learning are disseminators of knowledge,and also the guides of students' thoughts and demonstrators of students' behaviors. They shoulder the historical responsibilities of teaching and ed-ucating students. Pointing at ideological and political work of staffs in institutions of higher learning,insist on the starting point and purpose of people orientation,the premise is grasping the principle of ideological and political work of staffs in institutions of higher learning,the foundation is strengthening team construction of ideological and political work in colleges and universities,the guarantee is searching for the ideological and political working method of staffs in institutions of higher learning. |
