摘    要:目的/意义]旨在为提升学科服务团队绩效提供参考。方法/过程]阐述团队反思的内涵以及对学科服务团队的作用,从团队结构特征、内部互动、成员认知、领导者4个方面分析影响团队反思的因素。结果/结论]指出学科服务反思内容包括工作任务反思、团队过程反思和行动调整。从组建学科服务团队、建设学科服务团队、培养学科服务领导、分配学科服务任务等方面提出提升学科服务团队绩效的策略。

Abstract:Purpose/significance]The paper is to provide references for improving the performance of the subject service team.Method/process]The paper expounds the connotation of team reflection and its effects on the subject service team and analyzes the factors affecting team reflection from four aspects:team structure team interaction team member cognition and team leader.Result/conclusion]This paper points out that the subject service reflection includes work task reflection team process reflection and action adjustment.Combined with the work of subject service it puts forward the strategy of team performance improvement from four aspects:the organization of subject service team the construction of service team the cultivation of subject service leader and the assignment of subject service task.
