| 摘 要： | 地方本科院校大学生就业存在的主要问题是：毕业生就业素质有待进一步提高,就业层次较低,就业地区集中,区域分布不均衡。影响本科毕业生就业的原因有：学校专业设置与市场需求变化之间存在结构性矛盾,毕业生实践能力有待提高,毕业生就业观念滞后,家长的就业期望值过高等。解决这一问题的对策是：高校要全员参与毕业生就业,要完善就业保障新机制,突出专业特色,构建人才培养新模式,完善指导服务新体系。

| Abstract: | There are main problems of local college graduates ’ employment as follows.The quality of graduates is to be further improved,there is a lower level of employment,and employment areas are concentrated,with uneven regional distribution.There are many reasons affecting the employment of graduates.Firstly,there is a structural contradiction between professional settings in colleges and universities and changes in market demand.Secondly,the practical ability of graduates is to be improved.Thirdly,graduates are greatly affected by the traditional con cept of employment.Lastly,parents ’ employment expectations are too high.In order to solve this problem,colleges and universities should participate actively in the employment of graduates,establish a new mechanism for improv ing the employment security,highlight professional features,construct a new model for personnel training,and im prove the new system of the guidance service. |
