| 摘 要： | 冬季体育教育是高校教育密不可分的一部分,高校冬季体育教育实现科学发展,必须进一步明确发展目标,把"以人为本"作为发展的核心,始终把提高质量为经济社会发展服务作为根本出发点和落脚点;调整发展思路,注重冬季体育教育利于实现人的全面发展,把师资队伍建设作为确保冬季体育教育快速发展的根本手段;改革发展体制,实现冬季体育教育为全面建设小康社会提供强劲推动力,坚持以科学发展观统领高校冬季体育教育发展的全局,切实推动普通体育教育办学体制的改革创新,坚持以能力和业绩为导向等策略,大力推进高校冬季体育教育实现又快又好发展,为全面建设小康社会、构建和谐社会提供强劲的推动力。

| Abstract: | Winter sports teaching is an inseparable part of college education.In order to realize the scientific development of winter sports teaching in universities,it must be to take explicit development targets,take "people oriented" as the development core,always take serving the economic and social development with more quality as fundamental starting point and foothold,readjust the development ideas into enhancing the winter sports teaching’s benefit of human allround development,take developing the teachers’ team as basic means of ensuring the fast development of winter sports teaching,reform the development system and fulfill the strong impetus of winter sports teaching in developing well-to-do society,insist on guiding overall situation of college winter sports teaching with the scientific development concept and effectively promote the reform and innovation of general sports schooling system,insist on taking capability and achievement as guidance,construct a well-to-do and harmonious society with the strong impetus from striving to advance the fast and sound development of college winter sports teaching. |
