| 摘 要： | 地质资料是地质工作中形成的文字、图表、声像、电磁介质等承载地球物理信息的物质资料。具有独创性的地质资料属于版权中的作品,可依法申请版权保护。价值目标是法律制度的精神灵魂。地质资料的版权制度应通过平衡地勘行业利益关系,实现秩序、效益和正义的价值目标。

| Abstract: | Geological data come from research on geology,including text,diagram,audio and video and magnetic media bearing the geophysical information.The original geological data belong to the copyright works and can apply for copyright protection.The value goals are the spiritual soul of the legal system.The copyright system of geological information should be the achieved the goals of order,efficiency and justice by means of balancing the interests of geological exploration industry. |
