| 摘 要： | <侨法>实施15年,有效维护了侨益.但随着社会的发展进步,出现了许多新情况、新问题.为树立新时期侨法意识,依法保障侨民合法权益,维护稳定,构建和谐社会,巩固执政基础,弘扬"法治"精神,提出了有针对性的对策和建议.
