摘    要:由于教育行政部门在教师成长的标准和认定方式上存在偏差,用强势的行政力量,通过工程化来打造优秀教师,许多优秀教师其实是一种不循成长规律、非全面性和功利性的假性成长。教育行政部门应该树立正确的教师成长观,改进行政管理,改革教师成长标准和认定方式,促进教师的有效成长。
