| 摘 要： | 高校信息化建设和应用中,存在着低层次、低水平的重复建设和劳动,造成了人才、财力和资源的浪费,加大了运营成本。如何克服高校信息化的高耗低效状况,成为了大家关注的热点问题。本文认为:高校信息资源进行合理整合,建立统一的、耦合共享的、规范化的、可扩展的高校管理信息系统、教育资源系统和网站管理系统。将是解决高校信息化的高耗低效问题的一个有效途径。
