| 摘 要： | 高职院校内涵建设首要任务是加强师资队伍建设,青年教师的师德建设是内涵建设的重点内容。高职院校青年教师队伍规模大、年龄接近、教龄短、社会经验与实践经验少、非师范类比例高、学历高、独生子女比例高等是其突出特点。同时,在师德方面还存在一些值得关注的问题,因此,应针对高职院校青年教师队伍特点开展有针对性、有创新精神的师德建设工作。

| Abstract: | The primary task of connotative construction in the higher vocational colleges is to strengthen teaching staff's building.The young teachers' ethics construction is the important content in connotative construction.The young teaching staffs in higher vocational colleges have some outstanding characteristics,such as large in scale,closed in age,short of school age,lack of the social experience and practice,high proportion of non-teacher-training,high academic credentials,high proportion of only-child and so on.At the same time,there also exist some problems which are worth attention.Therefore,we should launch pertinent and innovative spirit to develop the work of young teachers' ethics construction in allusion to their characteristic in higher vocational colleges. |
