| 摘 要： | 探讨从图书馆事业整体和个体图书馆两个层面确定核心业务的观点，阐明图书馆不宜外包的业务及其依据；提出图书馆核心业务具有动态性、差异性及多元化等特点，指出业务外包的主体是个体图书馆；重新审视核心业务和业务外包之间的关系，提出实行业务外包的最终依据是读者需求。

| Abstract: | This paper probes into the viewpoint that defines the core business on the library as a whole and individual library. It explains the business that aren’t suitable for outsourcing about the library and its bases. Then the paper put forward and expounds characters that the library core business has dynamics, otherness and diversity. It points out the main part of outsourcing is the individual library. Finally, the paper examines again the relationship between core business and outsourcing. It poses the final foundation of outsourcing are requirements of readers. |
