| Abstract: | This article mainly discusses the major characteristics of the English learning in higher vocational colleges. According to these characteristics, teachers should make suitable courseware so as to improve students' learning interest and enhance the teaching quality. In the teaching practice, the author has accumulated a couple of advantages and found out disadvantages of using the self-made multi-media courseware of the English teaching in higher vocational education and further discusses how to take the advantages of the courseware and avoid its disadvantages in order to attain its expected results. |
