| 摘 要： | 教练员是竞技体育的核心人才资源，教练员队伍的素质决定竞技体育发展的整体水平。通过问卷调查，在总体上掌握了辽宁省教练员队伍的基本状况，并分析了我国体育教练员岗位培训制度下辽宁省竞技体育教练员发展的现状．为优化辽宁省教练员队伍的结构和提高其业务水平提供重要的参考依据；同时在延续我国体育教练员岗位培训积极因素的前提下，运用学习型组织的理论，对辽宁省竞技体育教练员的发展工作进行改革与创新，使其更符合竞技体育运动发展的需要。更好地服务于我国竞技体育事业。

| Abstract: | The coaches are the core of the athletic talent resources, whose quality decides the whole level of sports development. Through questionnaire we predominate and analyze the development status quo of the athletic coaches in Liaoning province under the system of coaches' station cultivation in China, in order to provide some important references for optimizing and developing their team's structure and their operational level of Liaoning province. |
