山梨酸乙酯的合成研究

摘    要:以对甲苯磺酸为催化剂,催化合成山梨酸乙酯。考察了原料配比、催化剂的用量、带水剂的用量以及反应时间等条件对反应的影响。实验结果表明,合成山梨酸乙酯的最佳反应条件是:n(山梨酸):n(乙醇)=1:5,催化剂用量占山梨酸质量的25%,反应时间3h,带水剂用量为15mL,产物收率75.04%,纯度达98%。

Abstract:P- toluene sulfonic acid was used as catalyst in catalytic synthesis of sorbic acid ethyl ester. The iulluence of synthesis conditions such as reaction time, molar ratio of reactants, dosage of catalyst was studied. The results show that: the amount of catalyst is 25% of mass of acid alcohol, the molar ratio of acid alcohol to ethanol is 1:5; the reaction time is 3h. Under the conditions above, the yield of acid alcohol is 75.04%, and purity is above 98%.
