| 摘 要： | 正确认识和对待“三农”问题始终是执政党发展观的重要组成部分。在我国50多年的社会主义建设中,向工业和城市倾斜的城乡发展观对“三农”问题的形成产生了重要影响。从重点支持工业和城市的城乡发展观,到城乡一体化的统筹发展观,是我党执政理念的不断改革和深化,标志着我党科学发展观的成熟和完善,也是解决“三农”问题的根本途径。

| Abstract: | The correct understanding and the treatment of the question of "three agriculture" is the Party's the important view to develop the constituent. In our more than 50 years socialist construction, view of inclining to city and countryside development has had the important influence to "three agriculture". From key support for industry and city and countryside development view to city and countryside integration plan development view, the party's governing ideas unceasing were reformed and the deepened. It symbolized the maturity of our party's scientific development view and the perfectness. Also is the basic way to solve the question of "three agriculture". |
