| 摘 要： | 人才的培养方式和培养目标要与社会和经济的发展相适应,要能满足不断变化的市场需求。培养应用型的工商管理人才是整个经济社会发展的迫切要求,我们要抓住有利的历史机遇,突破传统工商管理教学的重重束缚,优化课程设置体系,加强实践教学力度,以人才市场需求为导向,培养应用型工商管理人才。

| Abstract: | Talented person＇s train way and train goal must adapt to the economical development,must be able to satisfy the demand of the changing market.It＇s the urgent need of entire economic and society development which raises utility business management personnel.We should hold the advantageous historical opportunity and break through the traditional business management teaching layered fetter.In order to train application business management personnel,we must optimize curriculum system,enhance practice teaching and take the personnel market demand as the guidance. |
