| 摘 要： | 完善和发展我国货币市场，不仅是我国金融市场自身充分发展和完善的需要，同时也是改善货币政策传导机制的必然要求。在此基础上，发展货币市场的基本思路应该是，建立健全货币市场运行体系，大力发展票据市场，加快统一债券建设并有序加速利率市场改革。

| Abstract: | To perfect and develop China s monetary market is not only a necessity for China s monetary market to develop and perfect it itself but also a necessary demand to improve the system of monetary policy transmission. On the base, the fundamental thinking for developing the monetary market is to amplify the operation system of monetary market and to develop the bill market and to speed up the construction of the integrated bond market and to accelerate the reforms of the interest-rate market. |
