| 摘 要： | 法制教育是高校思想政治教育的一个重要方面,也是大学生知识体系不可缺少的一个组成部分。针对当前高校法制教育内容、方式、效果三方面存在的问题,笔者试对主观和客观因素进行分析,提出推进大学生法制教育的一些粗浅建议。

| Abstract: | Legal education is not only an important aspect of college ideological and political education,but also an indispensable component in students＇ knowledge system.In view of the problems existing in the contents,methods and effects of college legal education,this paper attempts to analyzes its subjective and objective factors and proposes some superficial suggestions to promote college legal education. |
