| Abstract: | The imperfection of the procedures of public traffic security management in the off-site administrative informing law enforcement has been widespread concern in the community, and even lead to controversy and litigation. Only in the off-site to perform administrative law enforcement in this process can ensure the legality and effectiveness of law enforcement and promote the continuous improvement of law enforcement methods off-site. |
