| 摘 要： | 在知识经济时代里,大学的发展面临着重大的机遇与挑战。如何加快知识创新、知识共享等能力的发展成为我国大学在竞争中求胜而迫切需要解决的问题。通过对大学的隐性知识的概念、隐性知识对大学发展的重要意义进行剖析,进而得出隐性知识是知识创新的源泉,是大学核心竞争力的根本。

| Abstract: | The development of the university faces great opportunities and challenges during the era of knowledge economy,and how to accelerate the ability development of knowledge innovation,knowledge sharing and so on,must be solved urgently for universities of our country striving for victory in the competition.After detailed analyzing the concept of the recessive knowledge of the university,important meaning of recessive knowledge in development of university,we concluded that the recessive knowledge is the source of the knowledge innovation and the fundamentality of the university core competitiveness. |
