| 摘 要： | 对部分高职院校学生有关就业的认识情况进行了问卷调查。结果显示，高职学生缺乏明确的就业目标，对学校在就业方面所做的工作认识不足。多数学生认为，在就业过程中，学校应该为他们提供所需的就业指导服务；同时，也应该从掌握知识和操作技能、提高社交和语言表达能力等方面提高自身的就业竞争力。

| Abstract: | A survey is conducted with a questionnaire to explore over the vocational college students and their feelings of the employment services. Result shows that they lack a clear career goat and fail to know the campus career services. Majority believe that colleges should provide employment guidance for them. The writer argues that the students should develop certain vocational skills ,and improve their social and linguistic expressing ability. |
