| 摘 要： | 人口老龄化是经济水平和社会人口发展到一定阶段的产物,它反映了人类社会的进步。中国人口老龄化呈现出老龄人口绝对数量大、老龄化速度快、高龄化趋势显著等特点。老龄化对中国社会、经济、文化等产生深刻的影响,并对建设和谐社会提出严峻挑战。
