| 摘 要： | 民办高校规范化办学内部监督机制是民办高校按照国家有关教育政策和制度规范对民办高校办学行为的规范化、合法性进行监督的系统内部构成要素之间的内在联系及其运行过程与方式。民办高校规范化办学内部监督机制在民办高校规范化办学监督过程中扮演着极其重要的角色,它是民办高校科学管理和规范化办学的重要机制保障,同时也是民办高校规范有序运行和科学发展的重要制度基础。当前民办高校规范化办学内部监督机制存在一些问题,民办高校应完善法人治理结构,加强学校章程建设,落实完善教代会制度,积极发挥党组织的监督作用,以进一步完善内部监督机制。

| Abstract: | Internal supervisory mechanism of standardized school-running of private colleges is the inherent relationship and their operation mode among the components of the monitoring system which standardizes and legalizes school-running by the private university in accordance with the relevant national education policy and institutional norm. Internal supervisory mechanism of standardized school-running of private colleges plays an extremely important role in the supervisory process of standardized school—running of private colleges. It is an important mechanism for the scientific management and standardized school—running and meanwhile sets the basis for the system for the orderly operation and scientific development. At present,some problems arise with internal supervisory mechanism of standardized school-running of private colleges. Private colleges should improve their corporate governance structure,strengthen statutes construction of the school,improve teachers＇ congress system,and allow party organization to bring into full play its role of supervision,finally,the internal supervisory mechanism will be further improved. |
