| 摘 要： | 随着网络在我国的普及和高速发展，基于网络的视频监控系统正在成为蓬勃发展的一种新的网络多媒体典型应用.数字视频监控系统也是一个非常庞大的系统，涉及到硬件、软件等许多复杂的技术，设计一个科学的监控方案是实施视频监控系统的一个关键步骤.本文将探讨整个系统方案的设计，如何规划整个监控模型，并提出监控系统模型、功能模型、信息模型以及关键技术实现。

| Abstract: | With the prevalence and development of the net in our country, the video supervisory control system basing on the network is becoming a new typical application of net multimedia. The digital video supervisory control system is also a huge system; it involves hardware software etc and a lot of complex technology. To design a scientific project is a key procedure to perform video supervisory control system. The article will discuss the whole system project design and how to design the whole supervisory control model and it will provide supervisory control system model, functional model, information model and key technology realize. |
