摘    要:真正高效的课堂教学必须以学生愿学和乐学为表现样态。采用不相等实验组控制组前后测准实验研究,在开展学生内在发展需要与教育外在发展要求和谐统一研究的基础上,借助多样化的干预策略,提升师生解读导学案的理念,帮助教师在因学科、学生、自身教学风格等不同而精心研制和有效使用的、具有合理性的导学案中提升能力,从而在课堂教学中以导学案为依托促进学生自主学习、成长和发展,实现具有根基性的高效课堂教学。

Abstract:A truly effective classroom teaching must be that the student wish to learn and happy to learn.Based on the study of the harmony between the students’ inner development needs and education external development request,the research will adopt quasi-experimental research methods and diverse intervention strategies to improve concept of teachers and students to the learning-instructed plans,help teacher develop professional ability of careful research and effective use of the learning-instructed plans,promote students’ autonomous learning,growth and development and realize efficient classroom teaching.
