| 摘 要： | 运用文献资料法，论述了21世纪社会的变化趋势与学校体育发展的关系。认为，以学校为基地开展体育与健康教育已经成为世界各国的共同选择，综合性的体育与健康教育是未来学校体育发展的大趋势。学校体育要担负起历史的任务，还需要进行多方面的变革。一要树立可持续发展与终身体育观念，二要把健康作为体育的重要目标，三要以提高健康水平为重点，四要采用现代教育手段，五要推动全社会介入学校体育活动。

| Abstract: | Based on the documentation, the present paper makes a review on the relation between the change of society and the development of schools' physical education schools in the 21 st century, and finds that the physical education and healthy education in schools have become the common choice for every country in the world, and comprehensive physical education and healthy education are the trend of the development of future schools. It also points out that reform should be carried out in various aspects so that the physical education in schools could bear the historic tasks: 1. to establish the mentality of life time sport; 2. to set up the goal of health by sport; 3. to put the stress on improving the health; 4. to use the modernized means of education; 5. to inspire the whole society's involvement in the physical activities arranged by schools. |
