| 摘 要： | 司法公正得以坚定地追求和不断地实现，其根本在于它秉赋着人类丰富的伦理内涵，承栽着人的本质需要。司法不是一项纯事实性活动，而是一项价值性活动。司法公正是人类文明进步的象征，司法危机是伦理价值丧失的结果，本质上是公正危机。

| Abstract: | The justice can be pursued firmly and realized constantly, because it contains mankind's abundant ethical connotation and men's essential need. Judicature is not a pure fact to fact activity, but an activity of values. Judicial justice is one of the symbols of the progress of human civilization. Judicial crisis is the result of the loss of ethical values, essentially the justice crisis. |
