云南红花油茶籽和白花油茶籽脂肪酸比较

摘    要:采用超声波提取法分别提取云南腾冲红花油茶(Cam ellia reticulatef.simpex)籽和白花油茶(Cam ellia oleif-era)籽油,测定种籽含油量,油甲酯化后,应用GC-MS对它们脂肪酸组成成分进行了比较.结果表明:(1)红花油茶籽含油量(质量分数,下同)较白花油茶籽高,分别达到38.3%和36.0%;(2)红花油茶油和白花油茶油脂肪酸成分相似,但组成有所差异,红花油茶油不饱和脂肪酸占83.5%,饱和脂肪酸占16.6%,其中棕榈酸和硬脂酸达到16.4%,油酸和亚油酸达到83.0%;白花油茶油不饱和脂肪酸占89.7%,饱和脂肪酸占10.2%,其中棕榈酸和硬脂酸达到10.1%,油酸和亚油酸达到89.1%;(3)红花油茶油中棕榈酸和硬脂酸较白花油茶高,亚油酸相近,油酸较白花油茶油低.

Abstract:The oil content of Camellia reticulate f.simpex seed and Camellia oleifera seed were determined by extraction with ultrasonic method.And the fatty acid compositions of their oil were analyzed by the GC/MS method,after esterification with methanol at NaOH,respectively.The results show as follows:(1)The oil content of Camellia reticulate f.simpex seed is higher than Camellia oleifera seed,and the ratio of content up to 38.3% and 36.0%s respectively;(2)The constitutes of fatty acid oil from Camellia oleifera seed and Camellia reticulate f.simpex seed are comparability,but there are some differences in ratio.The unsaturated acids and saturated acids are up to 83.5% and 16.5%,among the palmitic and stearic acid being 16.4%,and the oleic and linoleic acid being 83.0% in Camellia reticulate f.simpex oil.The unsaturated acids and saturated acids are up to 89.7% and 10.2%,among the palmitic and stearic acid being 10.1%,and the oleic and linoleic acid being 89.1% in Camellia oleifera oil;(3)The palmitic and stearic acid in Camellia reticulate f.simpex oil are higher,and the oleic acid is lower,and the linoleic acid is similar,than in Camellia oleifera oil.
