| 摘 要： | 当前高校计算机公共基础课的教学普遍是＂授之以鱼＂式的技术传授,而没有从文化的角度去审视,结果造成了学而不知、知而不尽的尴尬局面.计算机公共基础课程的教育应该是一种完备的计算机科学文化的教育,而不单是一种技术教育.计算机公共基础课程教学的改革应走出方法论层次,实现从＂工具观＂到＂文化观＂的价值转变.

| Abstract: | Computer elementary course is now conducted commonly as a sort of technical teaching just like： giving the learner fish,not the way of catching it;without deep thinking from the view of culture so as to cause the embarrassment of not understanding what should be learnt or not completely understanding what＇ve been learnt.Computer elementary course should be comprehensive computer science and culture education,not simply technique education.Its reform should get out of the view of methodology in order to realize the values transformation from ＂tool＂ to ＂culture＂. |
