我国制造业创新型人才培养的制约因素

摘    要:创新型人才是一种重要的人力资源,是一种重要的生产要素,本文分析了制约我国制造业创新型人才可持续发展的主要因素,从我国制造业创新型人才培育的现状出发,综合考虑我国人才选拔、培养、激励、评价等制度,提出一些制约我国在制造业创新型人才培养方面的因素。总结得出制约我国创新型人才培养的机制因素有创新型人才培养、流动、评价、选拔和分配激励制度,此外制约因素还有区域结构、年龄结构、产业结构、行业结构和性别结构不合理等等。

The Restrictive Factors in the Innovative Manufacturing Talents Cultivating Programs of China

Abstract:Innovative talents are of the important human resources and the essential productive factors.This article analyses the main factors that restrict the sustainable development of our domestic innovative manufacturing talents cultivating.Originating from the current situation and comprehensively integrating the overall programs from talents selection,training,stimulation to evaluation into consideration,the authors finally gain an overall outlook of the restrictive factors that strongly hinder the personnel training of Chinese manufacturing,of which the mechanism factors such as the imperfect systems of talents training,flow,evaluation,selection,allocation and inspiration play a major role,and the other factors including the unsound geographic structure,age distribution,industrial structure and sex ratio also make a difference.
