| 摘 要： | 对云南省5所高校的1 300名学生进行的就业压力源问卷调查结果表明：女生的就业压力显著高于男生;家庭及个人在就业时对生源地的担心增加了学生的就业压力;文史类学生的就业压力显著高于理工类学生;家庭收入越低,学生的就业压力越大。有效解决大学生就业压力问题,需要全社会的共同努力,其中政府、用人单位、学校、家长、学生各自都要担负起自己的责任,共同营造良好的就业环境,减轻大学生的就业压力。

| Abstract: | After the investigation by questionnaire of 1 300 students from five colleges in Yunnan province,the result showed that female students have stronger employment pressure than male students.Student and his family worry about the hometown which strength the pressure.Literary science students have obvious stronger pressure than the science students.The less income the family have,the stronger pressure the student has.In order to solve the problem effectively,the efforts from the whole society are needed which include government,enterprises,college,parents,student to bear each own responsibility to create good environment of employment and reduce the employment pressure. |
