| 摘 要： | "新公共管理"理论在改善西方国家公共管理水平中发挥了积极的作用,其影响日益广泛。这一理论对于我国教育行政体制改革具有一定的指导作用。在教育行政体制改革中引入新公共管理理论是必要的,也是适用的,只有在找到西方国家公共管理与我国教育行政的契合点的基础上,才能更好地引用、借鉴。
