| 摘 要： | 新的高职教学理念不断渗透到一线教学课堂中。作为铁道工程技术专业的主干课程,《铁路工程施工组织》进行了多轮讨论和改革,本文主要针对高职教育、高职学生及课程特点,结合初步改革过程中发现的新问题提出改进方法,以达到提高教学效果的目标。

| Abstract: | Nowadays,some new teaching concepts are continuously penetrating in the classroom As the backbone course in higher vocational colleges,the Railway Engineering Construction Organization also experiences several rounds of discussion and reform. Aiming at the cun＇ent higher vocational education situation,the characteristics of higher vocational students and the course,combining the new problems in the process of reform,this article puts forward some new methods so as to improve the teaching effect. |
