| 摘 要： | 大学生的思想政治教育是全社会都十分关注的话题，在改革开放和社会主义市场经济体制不断深入发展的新形势下。如何增强大学生思想政治教育的有效性，既是一个理论问题，也是一个实践问题。系统设置教学内容，科学区分教育层次，灵活运用教育形式，广泛借助现代手段，是加强大学生思想政治教育针对性、提高实效性的有效措施。
