| 摘 要： | 社会主义核心价值观三个倡导中明确包含“法治”，中共十八届四中全会审议通过《中共中央关于全面推进依法治国若干重大问题的决定》，以更为直接的方式强调法治的重要性。本文分析了依法治国与社会主义核心价值观的发展和内涵，强调人民主体地位，社会主义核心价值观是依法治国的重要根据和方向，依法治国是社会主义核心价值观构建的重要手段和基础。二者相互依存，相互促进，共同为社会发展做出贡献。

Relationship between the rule by law and the construction of socialist core values |

| Abstract: | The three core values of socialism advocate explicitly with “rule of law”.18th CCP Fourth Plenary Session considered and adopted “ a number of major issues by the CPC Central Committee on comprehensively promoting the rule of law ”,which in a more direct way the emphasizes the importance of strengthening the rule of law.This paper analyzes the development and the connotation of rule by law and the socialist core values , emphasizing the dominant rule of people .The socialist core values are important base and direction of rule by law,and rule by law is the significant measure and base of the socialist core values .The two depend on and im-prove each other and make contribution to our socialist development . |
