| 摘 要： | 在思想政治课教学中充分体现学生的主体地位和教师的主导作用是素质教育对课堂教学的基本要求。本文通过教师在教学中树立现代教育教学理念．构建民主、平等开放式教学模式。养成良好的教学反思习惯进行分析和探讨，从而有效地改变思想政治课教学中教师无“激情”、学生无“兴趣”的现状．提高了教育教学效果。
