| 摘 要： | 在对相关研究做过一些分析后发现,关于大学生专业承诺的发生、发展机制的问题,目前还少有人研究。故本文旨在以青少年、成人的自我认同理论、社会认同理论、职业认同理论等为理论基础,构念出大学生专业承诺的发展模型,以期对促进大学生专业承诺的发展提供一些理论参考。

| Abstract: | The author has done some related analysis on the research found that students of professional commitment on the occurrence and development mechanism,yet have few study.Therefore,this paper aims to young people,adult,basis of self-identity theory,social identity theory,professional identity theory,construct a model of professional commitment and identical development of student.And wish to provide some theoretical reference for the promoting of the students＇ professional commitment. |
