| 摘 要： | 中职学校受“以服务为宗旨．以就业为导向”的办学方针的影响．长期以来只重视对学生专业职业技能的培养．忽视对文化课的教学．更淡化了对学生传统文化教育的培养，使得传统文化对中职学生道德素质培养等方面的作用没能得到有效发挥。本文从中职学校教学现状和学生情感现状分析出发．对传统文化在中职教育管理中的意义进行探讨．以期能引起中职学校对传统文化教育的重视．更好妯玲挥传统文仲的精盲意义

| Abstract: | Secondary vocational schools were ＂to service and employment＂ to lead to the school policy,has long been a regard only to technical vocational skills,neglect of cultural affairs division of teaching and softens the traditional culture, education and training of traditional culture for secondary vocational school students in developing the moral aspects of work could not be effective. From the vocational school students and emotional status of the present analysis, the traditional culture in secondary vocational education and management of an approach to a secondary vocational schools with traditional culture, education and better use of traditional culture and education. |
